Role Overview

Marketing Manager

brand visibility, lead generation, and digital engagement




Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive

    marketing strategies

    aligned with company goals.
  • Plan and manage

    digital marketing campaigns

    across LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and manage

    content strategies

    — including blogs, case studies, newsletters, and whitepapers — that establish thought leadership in cybersecurity and emerging tech.
  • Collaborate with the

    Business Development and Technical teams

    to align marketing messaging with service offerings.
  • Build brand awareness through

    targeted campaigns, PR, and community engagement

    in the FinTech and Web3 ecosystems.
  • Analyze campaign performance, monitor ROI, and continuously optimize for better results.
  • Manage website content, SEO, and lead-generation funnels to drive qualified inbound traffic.
  • Organize and represent the brand at

    industry events, webinars, and conferences

    .


Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–6 years

    of experience in

    B2B marketing

    within the

    IT software services

    or

    technology

    sector.
  • Proven experience in

    digital marketing, brand building, and content strategy

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    cybersecurity, FinTech, or blockchain technologies

    is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with

    marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, SEO, and CRM systems.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative writing skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing

    cybersecurity, QA, or DevOps/MLOps services

  • Prior exposure to

    global B2B markets

    (US, EU, Middle East, or APAC).
  • Familiarity with

    LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
