This is a hands-on role where you will design, develop, and optimize backend services, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers. You will work with modern tools and AWS cloud technologies to build reliable, high-performance systems that support mission-critical applications. ⸻ Key Responsibilities •Develop and maintain scalable Node.js/TypeScript microservices and APIs. •Deploy and manage applications on AWS (ECS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.). •Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver features end-to-end. •Conduct code reviews and support best practices across the team. •Optimize systems for performance, reliability, and security. •Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical discussions. ⸻ Required Qualifications •5–8+ years of backend development experience, with strong expertise in Node.js & TypeScript. •Proven experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures. •Solid knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems. •Strong understanding of databases (Postgres, DynamoDB, Redis). •Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes/ECS, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation). •Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. ⸻ Nice to Have •Experience in fintech, trading, or other high-scale systems. •Familiarity with serverless architectures (Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge). •Knowledge of monitoring & observability (Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus). ⸻ Why Join Hashhorn? •Be part of a new and fast-growing tech company from the ground up. •Opportunity to work on challenging cloud-native projects. •Competitive salary and growth opportunities. •A culture of ownership, learning, and innovation. ⸻ 📩 Apply now by sending your resume to hr@hashhorn.com
