Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities: ================= Strategy and planning: Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional activities and campaigns, to meet business objectives and sales targets for the branch. Market analysis: Conduct market research, analyze customer data, and monitor competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing decisions. Budget management: Manage the marketing budget for the branch to ensure funds are allocated effectively and efficiently. Promotional activities: Organize and execute local events, tie-ups, and consumer promotions to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. Content and collateral: Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, social media content, and other collaterals to support marketing efforts. Performance monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, and report on branch performance and key metrics. Team collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and operations, and support the branch manager in achieving overall branch goals.  Required skills and qualifications Marketing knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Analytical skills: Ability to analyze market data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions. Management and leadership: Experience in managing budgets and projects, and the ability to motivate and lead initiatives. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating content and presenting information. Organizational skills: Strong multitasking and time management skills to handle various responsibilities and deadlines effectively. Client relations: Experience in building and maintaining client relationships is often required.  Educational Qualification: ================== Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and candidate must be (3 - 6) years experience required. Candidate must and should work on work location (Vizianagaram). Candidate must have experience in real-estate marketing knowledge.
