Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager, located in Kochi. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, overseeing content creation, and coordinating with vendors and partners. The role involves generating leads, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.


Qualifications


1. Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital

marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.

2. Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor all digital marketing

campaigns across various channels (e.g., PPC, SEO, email, social media, content

marketing) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

3. Content Marketing: Oversee content creation, distribution, and optimization

across all digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and SEO best

practices.

4. SEO and SEM: Manage and optimize the company's website for search engines,

conduct keyword research, and execute effective SEO and SEM strategies.

5. Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media marketing

strategies, including content calendars, paid advertising, and community

engagement.

6. Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including

segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.

7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular

reportson the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Use data insights to make

data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns.

8. Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage the digital marketing

budget to maximize ROI.

9. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists,

providingguidance, training, and performance evaluations.

10. Online Lead generation - Develop a lead scoring system to prioritize and qualify

leadsbased on their engagement and fit with the company's ideal customer profile
