You’ll own the entire inbound engine — from brand voice to video storytelling to pipeline growth.

What You’ll Do

Content & Video Marketing


  • Lead the creation and distribution of

    blogs, newsletters, and founder-led videos

    (short-form + long-form).
  • Script and direct reels, customer stories, and launch videos.
  • Build and run the

    content calendar

    — from weekly stories to product drops and case studies.
  • Design social creatives, repurpose founder clips, and craft visuals that make people stop scrolling.
  • Write content that ranks (SEO, GEO) and resonates (LinkedIn).
  • Keep everything witty, freight-native, and unmistakably Lighthouz.


Creative Campaigns & Demand Generation


  • Launch unconventional brand moments

    — whatever gets freight folks talking.

  • Run inbound campaigns, webinars, and virtual events that convert awareness into demos.
  • Build and optimize

    lead capture flows

    , nurture sequences, and HubSpot automations.
  • Experiment fast — measure what hits, drop what doesn’t.

Analytics & Growth


  • Own performance metrics across HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Fathom.
  • Identify what drives inbound leads — and double down.
  • Report weekly: traffic, engagement, conversions, and pipeline.

What We’re Looking For


  • 3–6 years in

    content / growth / video marketing

    (preferably B2B SaaS or startup)
  • A

    creative thinker

    who can design, write, edit, and ideate campaigns independently
  • Hands-on SEO, GEO & content strategy experience
  • Data-driven but design-obsessed — can blend performance with storytelling
  • Bonus: logistics, fintech, or automation familiarity
