LMDmax is a U.S.-based logistics and technology company working with 300+ Amazon DSPs and AFPs across North America, helping them manage drivers, dispatch operations, payroll, and fleet performance through AI-driven systems. Our India operations in Jaipur serve as the global delivery and innovation hub, supporting marketing, analytics, and customer success functions for the U.S. leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Plan and execute a content calendar across digital platforms (LinkedIn, website, email, blog, and case studies).
  • Write high-impact marketing and sales content — from ad copy and landing pages to email campaigns, brochures, and decks.
  • Develop thought leadership content for company executives, including LinkedIn articles and event write-ups.
  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to produce visually appealing and results-driven content.
  • Proofread and edit all marketing materials for tone, clarity, and consistency.

Brand & Campaign Management

  • Strengthen LMDmax’s brand identity across markets (India, US, Canada, and UAE).
  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Work closely with U.S. marketing and sales leadership on webinars, product launches, and event presence (like Ignite, Last Mile Summit, etc.).
  • Manage social media accounts and drive audience engagement through creative storytelling and consistent updates.

Collaboration & Insights

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, HR, and Operations) to gather success stories, case studies, and data-backed insights.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize future initiatives for better engagement and ROI.
  • Maintain alignment between global and India teams for consistent messaging and branding.

Requirements

  • Experience:

    4–7 years in Marketing, with at least 2 years focused on content writing and brand management.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proven ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and SaaS or logistics domains (preferred).
  • Experience with LinkedIn campaigns, HubSpot, Canva/Figma, and SEO tools.
  • Creative mindset with a knack for turning data and technical details into compelling stories.
  • Location:

    Must be available for full-time,

    onsite work from LMDmax India Office, Jaipur.
