Our platform delivers AI-driven dispatch, payroll, and fleet management solutions to the logistics ecosystem. The India team serves as the creative and operations hub, powering growth, product communication, and marketing initiatives globally.


Marketing Manager – Content & Brand Strategy

Key Responsibilities

Content & Deck Creation

  • Develop and design

    high-impact pitch decks, investor presentations, and product demo decks

    tailored for SaaS audiences.
  • Translate technical and operational features into

    clear, visual, and persuasive storytelling

    aligned with brand tone and business objectives.
  • Partner with leadership and product teams to write

    case studies, whitepapers, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials

    that highlight LMDmax’s platform capabilities and business outcomes.
  • Ensure all content and decks maintain consistency in tone, visual hierarchy, and brand standards across all markets (US, Canada, and India).


Brand & Marketing Communication

  • Plan and execute the

    content calendar

    for website, blogs, social media, and email campaigns focused on SaaS growth narratives.
  • Support the creation of

    event and conference materials

    (booth content, brochures, product sheets, and presentations).
  • Collaborate with the design team to convert complex ideas into

    clean, executive-ready visuals

    .
  • Work with U.S. leadership to align communication strategies with evolving business goals and customer expectations.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to extract insights and success stories that can be transformed into high-value marketing assets.
  • Coordinate with leadership for data-backed storytelling — converting metrics, platform analytics, and process outcomes into engaging narratives.


Requirements

  • Experience:

    4–8 years in marketing, content strategy, or communications, ideally within a

    SaaS or B2B tech environment

    .


Skills Required:

  • Exceptional command of English, both written and visual storytelling.

  • Proven ability to write and design

    investor or client decks

    using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva/Figma.
  • Strong understanding of

    B2B SaaS messaging

    , product positioning, and lifecycle content.
  • Ability to simplify technical details into business-friendly language.
  • Comfortable working closely with founders and product leaders on time-sensitive deliverables.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Location:

    Onsite from the LMDmax India office, Jaipur.
