About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in the edutech and digital marketing space. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in driving marketing campaigns, managing teams, and achieving measurable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Set marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI on marketing investments


Team Leadership & Management

  • Supervise and mentor the Marketing Coordinator and other marketing team members
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance against KPIs
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback


Campaign Management

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns for courses and webinars
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize for better results
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals


Content & Creative Oversight

  • Review and approve marketing content including posters, videos, and promotional materials
  • Ensure content quality, brand alignment, and messaging effectiveness
  • Guide content creation for various audience segments and platforms
  • Maintain a content calendar for consistent and timely deliverables


Digital Marketing & Growth

  • Drive online presence through website optimization, social media engagement, and digital advertising
  • Implement lead generation strategies and nurture campaigns
  • Manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Track and analyze digital marketing metrics (traffic, conversions, engagement, etc.)


Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and product development
  • Build relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners
  • Present marketing plans, reports, and insights to senior management
  • Represent the marketing department in strategic meetings

Required Qualifications

Education

  • MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

    OR

  • B.Tech with proven marketing expertise and relevant certifications

Experience

  • Mandatory

    : 3-5 years of experience in edutech marketing and/or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns
  • Experience in team leadership and people management
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business results

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies
  • Proficiency in marketing tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM platforms
  • Experience with social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation
  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
