About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and spearhead strategies that drive business growth, strengthen brand presence, and enhance customer engagement across all channels. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in both traditional and digital marketing, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with company goals, while ensuring that our brand voice remains consistent and impactful in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Planning

• Develop and execute data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Define marketing KPIs and OKRs, and present regular insights to the leadership team.

Campaign Development & Execution

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• Manage the end-to-end marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI and resource utilization.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement.

Brand Management

• Own and evolve the brand identity to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all platforms.
• Develop brand positioning strategies to enhance market perception and awareness.
• Lead the creation of marketing assets, collateral, and storytelling across all touchpoints.

Digital & Performance Marketing

• Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, paid media, content marketing, email, and social media.
• Leverage marketing analytics and tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to monitor performance and improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Stay ahead of emerging marketing technologies and digital trends.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and collaboration.
• Establish clear goals and performance metrics; conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top marketing talent as the team scales.

Customer Engagement & Retention

• Design and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition, satisfaction, and loyalty.
• Use customer data and feedback to personalize marketing efforts and enhance the customer journey.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure messaging resonates with target audiences.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. (MBA or Master’s preferred.)
• 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership or senior role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand and performance marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
• Creative, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
