About the Role:

Digital Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation & Growth:

    Own and execute campaigns aimed at driving revenue and achieving growth targets across digital channels.
  • SEO & PPC Collaboration:

    Work closely with in-house SEO and PPC teams to monitor, track, and optimize organic and paid traffic performance, conversions, and KPIs.
  • Campaign Management:

    Design, implement, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. Leverage marketing automation and web analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Website & Content Management:

    Oversee and optimize the structure and content of both regional and global websites to ensure they are engaging, user-friendly, and conversion-oriented. Conduct regular usability checks to ensure maximum localization and relevance for target audiences.
  • Brand Awareness & Visibility:

    Build and promote brand awareness through online press releases, blogs, social media, and industry-specific content, ensuring the brand reaches the right audience.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

    Work with designers and content creators to improve website design, develop new webpages, and refresh online marketing materials to maintain consistency and engagement.
  • Content Strategy & Development:

    Create content briefs, copy, and design briefs for internal teams, ensuring that all content is relevant, aligned with business goals, and optimized for SEO and conversion.
  • Sales Collateral Development:

    Develop and manage sales enablement content including presentations (PPTs), brochures, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, guides, and reports that help drive demand generation and lead qualification.
  • Lead Generation & Funnel Management:

    Manage demand and lead generation strategies, working with sales teams to optimize the sales funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU). Develop lead nurturing campaigns and help drive marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
  • Email Marketing:

    Develop and execute data-driven email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
  • Channel Partner Marketing (Preferred):

    Work on building and engaging channel partner marketing programs to expand reach and generate leads.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    8-10 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B demand generation, lead generation, and digital sales funnel management.
  • Education:

    MBA from a reputed institute (preferred), with a strong background in digital marketing and/or product marketing (especially SaaS).
  • Digital Marketing Expertise:

    Deep knowledge of SEO, PPC, organic marketing, and paid media strategies.
  • Technical Skills:

    Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus; familiarity with web analytics and digital marketing automation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Sales & Funnel Management:

    Strong understanding of MQL/SQL, TOFU/MOFU/BOFU, and the entire sales funnel process from lead generation to conversion.
  • Creative & Analytical Mindset:

    Ability to create innovative marketing campaigns, evaluate market trends, and analyze data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Content Creation:

    Experience in creating, managing, and optimizing sales collateral, email marketing campaigns, and digital content across various platforms.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and communicate strategies and results effectively to stakeholders.
  • Team Player:

    Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, design, product, and other teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Curiosity & Adaptability:

    A passion for learning, staying updated with digital marketing trends, and willingness to experiment with new strategies.
  • Preferred Skills:

    • SaaS Marketing:

      Experience in marketing software-as-a-service (SaaS) products is a significant advantage.
    • Channel Partner Marketing:

      Knowledge of building and managing partner marketing programs, especially in a B2B environment.
