About the Role We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead, strategize, and execute high-impact outreach for our programs—especially our monthly retreats. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in purpose-led environments, understands campaign dynamics, and wants to make a real impact through marketing. Location: Hybrid (Travel as per requirement) Compensation: Competitive as per industry standards Work Structure: Flexible hours, outcome-focused, mission-led Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: Plan and lead marketing efforts for retreats, facilitator training programs, and community events Team Coordination: Work closely with the founder, content, and design teams to align messaging and timelines Outreach and Lead Generation: Support targeted efforts through email, WhatsApp, community engagement, and paid promotions Marketing Calendar Management: Oversee timelines for campaign launches, tracking milestones and deliverables Content Collaboration: Write or support creation of campaign briefs, landing pages, newsletters, and promotional copy Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics and adjust strategies based on performance insights What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or Communications 1+ years of marketing experience Strong copywriting and planning skills Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Suite, and Notion A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead multiple projects Someone aligned with themes like community-building, well-being, and personal growth What You’ll Receive A flexible work setup with clear focus on impact and ownership A close-knit team environment rooted in care and purpose A meaningful role where your contribution directly supports transformation in people’s lives The freedom to experiment and evolve with the movement Note: Please go through our website before applying www.antaha.org Show more Show less
