Social Media Manager / Intern (Spiritual Wellness & Conscious Living) Remote | Part-Time | Internship / Growth Opportunity About Antaha & Sitender Antaha is a conscious movement, a spiritual ecosystem of retreats, teachings, and experiences that bring people back to their deepest inner self. Founded by Sitender , a spiritual teacher known for his clarity, grounded wisdom, and cross-cultural approach to non-duality and wholeness, the work spans intimate 1:1 mentorships, powerful in-person retreats, and a growing online presence through The Great Unknown podcast. The mission is simple but bold: awaken individuals to a state of wholeness that ends inner seeking and transforms how they live, love, lead, and create. We are seeking a creative, conscious, and self-driven Social Media Manager / Intern to support a fast-growing global spiritual movement focused on wholeness, self-realization, and the integration of Eastern wisdom in modern life. You'll work closely with the founder—an international spiritual teacher and guide—to shape narratives, repurpose podcast and retreat content, and help bring transformative teachings to people around the world. This is an opportunity to grow with a mission that is already touching lives deeply across continents. What You’ll Do Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Spotify. Repurpose podcast episodes, retreat snippets, and spiritual teachings into short-form and long-form content. Assist in creating weekly content calendars aligned with key events like Full Moon/New Moon retreats and spiritual dialogues. Co-develop simple but powerful storytelling formats for reels, carousels, and short videos. Engage with our growing spiritual community and respond authentically to messages and comments. Research trends in spiritual content and help the brand evolve visually and narratively. You’re a Great Fit If You... Are personally interested in spirituality, non-duality, or conscious living. Have basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools). Are familiar with Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and podcast platforms. Want to learn how to build a conscious brand from scratch—raw, real, and global. Thrive in a fast-paced, deeply meaningful, and non-corporate setting. Preferred Skill Set Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools for Instagram posts and stories Basic video editing using CapCut, InShot, iMovie, Adobe Rush, or similar tools Ability to write and format blogs, YouTube descriptions, and repurpose transcripts Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Spotify podcast promotion Comfortable with Google Drive, Notion, and a fast-paced, intuitive workflow Bonus: If you enjoy storytelling or have a personal connection to spiritual content, that’s a huge plus.
