Social Media Marketing Intern

Are you a creative storyteller who lives and breathes hashtags, trends, and reels? We’re looking for a Social Media Intern based in Goa to take our brand’s online presence to the next level. You’ll be the voice, vibe, and visual of our digital community—creating content that inspires, engages, and converts.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop engaging, on-brand content (posts, videos, stories, reels, blogs) for all major platforms—Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others.
• Strategy & Planning: Assist in creating and executing monthly social media calendars and campaigns aligned with brand goals.
• Community Management: Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner to foster a loyal community.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and share insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Trendspotting: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, memes, tools, and algorithm changes—and use them creatively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistency in messaging and visuals.
• Advertising Support: Assist in running paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and optimizing for ROI.
• Brand Voice Management: Maintain a consistent tone and aesthetic across all digital platforms.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or agency.
• Strong copywriting, design sense, and storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
• A creative thinker with an eye for detail and data-driven decisions.
