Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder based in Nashik. The Co-Founder will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, overseeing its operations, and driving business growth. Responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends to identify opportunities, fostering a dynamic team environment, and representing FizMaa in external engagements.

• Strong Analytical Skills for market research, data analysis, and decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively present ideas, negotiate, and collaborate across teams
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive revenue, expand user base, and promote the platform
• Proven leadership and team-building ability
• Innovative thinking and adaptability in a startup environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field; an advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in the event or marketplace industry is an added advantage
