About The Organization We exist to create solace spaces — both virtual and physical — that transform personal, social, and spiritual well-being. At the heart of everything we do is the human being. And we’re building new-age, AI-assisted systems to ensure that everyone has access to the right emotional and energetic support when they need it most. Since 2016, we’ve been walking this path — not just solving loneliness, but restoring connection at a soul level. In a fragmented world where social bonds are breaking and inner silence is rare, Antaha is building bridges — between self and other, silence and sound, technology and heart. Our mantra is simple: Compassion. Connection. Community. This is not just a project. It’s a movement toward a more conscious, connected world. Duration: 4 Weeks (Remote) Role Type: Internship Location: Remote (with optional in-person immersion experience) Time Commitment: 10-15 hours/week Qualification: Bachelor's in Psychology or related field Start Date: Immediate Stipend: This is an unpaid role; however, interns may be given an opportunity for a paid internship post the 4 week term. We’re now opening the door for a few aligned psychologists/aspiring psychologists and emerging voices who feel called to explore transformation beyond the conventional frameworks — and help share this work with the world. About the Role We’re inviting 4–5 Psychology Interns to join us for a 4-week exploration where you'll: Learn how energy, silence, and presence can work as healing agents beyond cognition Help share and translate the essence of our spiritual immersion on Instagram and LinkedIn Reflect on your own internal shifts and share authentic content with your audience Participate in deep, private conversations on the future of psychology and healing This is not a clinical psychology role. It’s for the psychology student or graduate who knows there’s more to human healing than the mind — and wants to experience that “more” firsthand. You Might Be a Fit If You: Are currently pursuing or have completed a degree in psychology, counseling, or mental health Have an active Instagram profile where you share reflections, ideas, or personal growth content Are curious about spirituality, embodiment, energy healing, or consciousness work Are ready to challenge what you’ve been taught and explore new paradigms Want to use your voice to bridge psychology with soul work What You'll Receive: A fully immersive understanding of our Living in Wholeness experience Mentorship on how to express depth-based work without jargon or fluff A potential opportunity to attend the experience as a participant Experience and credibility in an emerging space of alternative and integrative healing A glowing recommendation and public testimonial (if desired) This Is Not For You If: You are only looking for clinical exposure or traditional internships You’re uncomfortable with spiritual or energetic language You want to post without having experienced the work from within

Antaha is a growing spiritual ecosystem founded by Sitender , an international spiritual teacher working at the intersection of ancient wisdom, psychological insight, and modern spiritual hunger. You may also be invited to step into a co-creator or co-founder role if our values align. Why This Role Now? The world is changing. Children are growing up with screens instead of stories, with confusion instead of clarity, with broken models of love, family, and self-worth. At Antaha, we are building spaces—both physical and energetic—where children, families, and adults can experience what has been missing: Wholeness without therapy. Stillness without suppression. Expression without judgment. Belonging without performance. As a psychologist, you know that most adult dysfunction has roots in childhood & young adulthood. As a spiritual seeker (or at least someone open to deeper truths), you may also sense that healing isn’t just cognitive—it’s existential . This role is your chance to shape something new from the ground up . Who You Might Be A licensed or trained psychologist, counselor, therapist , or psychotherapist with 4–10 years of experience. Skilled in working with young adults, children, adolescents , or families . Comfortable with or open to non-duality, spiritual frameworks , or Eastern psychological traditions. A visionary who sees through systems—and wants to build something beyond therapy rooms and clinic walls. Someone who listens deeply , isn’t easily shaken, and is more human than professional —someone real, warm, and deeply awake to life. Your Role May Include Your contributions may include: Co-designing new-age spiritual and emotional spaces that support growth, transformation, and belonging—across generations and cultures. Helping craft frameworks for emotionally safe environments —where seekers, facilitators, and communities can meet in authenticity, not performance. Hosting or co-facilitating immersive retreats, circles, or trainings —focused on deep healing, self-inquiry, and real connection. Supporting the development of psycho-spiritual training models —for facilitators, educators, or professionals who guide others. Providing insight into trauma, behavior, and healing —especially in spiritually curious or culturally diverse communities. Offering 1:1 mentorship, guidance, or therapeutic presence —if that resonates with your practice and path. This isn’t about working for an organization. It’s about building a field of work that reflects who you are becoming. We’re looking for grounded, sensitive, fiercely awake young professionals who are ready to shape the future—not just of work, but of human evolution. About Antaha & Sitender Antaha (meaning "inner-most") is not just a brand—it is a movement for those who are ready to end their search, go inward, and live from a state of awareness. Founded by Sitender , whose teachings on Divine Union , spiritual clarity , and non-duality have quietly begun to reshape hundreds of lives across continents, Antaha offers: The Divine Union Retreats (New Moon / Full Moon) for deep spiritual integration. Living in Wholeness weekend immersions for personal breakthroughs. 1:1 high-level spiritual mentorships for global leaders, creators, and seekers. And now, Antaha Juniors — an emotional sanctuary for children, starting in India & The US. This isn’t a startup or a therapy clinic. This is a spiritual ecosystem —and you’re invited to help steward its psychological depth. Compensation & Commitment We are in our early growth stage, and this role is not high-paying initially . However: Compensation will grow as the ecosystem expands. You may be offered a core team / leadership position , with potential equity, co-founder status, or shared IP ownership in the education model. You’ll have the freedom to shape your hours, depth of involvement, and offerings . You will be working not for a salary, but for a legacy . What You’ll Gain The chance to co-create a timeless, conscious education model for adults, children and families. Deep spiritual growth by working directly with a seasoned teacher and learning through retreats and inner work. The joy of building something intimate, alive, and impactful —not just conceptually, but soulfully. A role that may one day reshape the emotional and spiritual health of generations . Feel Aligned? Here's Next Steps We are not looking for formal resumes or perfect LinkedIn profiles. We’re looking for alignment . If this speaks to you, please send a heartfelt note answering: What draws you to this vision? What has your journey with psychology—and possibly spirituality—looked like? What kind of legacy would you like to leave behind? Attach a brief CV or a link to your work if available. We’ll respond if we feel resonance.
