Senior Psychologist / Potential Co-Founder — Conscious Education & Spiritual Ecosystem India (Remote / Hybrid Mission-Aligned Role with Co-Creation Potential The Invitation We’re not just hiring—we’re calling in a partner in purpose , someone who has spent years studying the mind, understanding human behavior, and holding space for healing… and now feels ready to go deeper . Antaha is a growing spiritual ecosystem founded by Sitender , an international spiritual teacher working at the intersection of ancient wisdom, psychological insight, and modern spiritual hunger. Through 1:1 transformational mentorship , retreats for hundreds , and now an upcoming initiative for children and families called Antaha Juniors , we are weaving a path of inner freedom, wholeness, and conscious living . We are now seeking a Senior Psychologist —someone with deep professional grounding and the emotional maturity to help us build a future where healing, self-awareness, and awakening are integrated from childhood onward. You may also be invited to step into a co-creator or co-founder role if our values align. Why This Role Now? The world is changing. Expression without judgment. Belonging without performance. As a psychologist, you know that most adult dysfunction has roots in childhood & young adulthood. As a spiritual seeker (or at least someone open to deeper truths), you may also sense that healing isn’t just cognitive—it’s existential . This role is your chance to shape something new from the ground up . Who You Might Be A licensed or trained psychologist, counselor, therapist , or psychotherapist with 4–10 years of experience. Skilled in working with children, adolescents , or families . Comfortable with or open to non-duality, spiritual frameworks , or Eastern psychological traditions. A visionary who sees through systems—and wants to build something beyond therapy rooms and clinic walls. Willing to co-create a conscious educational model that touches children across India and, eventually, the world. Someone who listens deeply , isn’t easily shaken, and is more human than professional —someone real, warm, and deeply awake to life. Your Role May Include Co-designing Antaha Juniors , a new “third space” model for children focused on emotional intelligence, spiritual inquiry, creativity, and relationships. Helping craft frameworks for emotionally safe environments —for children, parents, facilitators, and volunteers. Hosting or co-facilitating child-focused or family retreats , trainings, and healing experiences. Supporting the development of teacher/facilitator training modules rooted in psycho-spiritual growth. Providing insights into trauma, behavioral patterns, and mental health , particularly in culturally diverse and spiritual contexts. Possibly offering 1:1 therapeutic or mentorship support to select children, parents, or adult seekers—if that aligns with your practice. This is a spiritual ecosystem —and you’re invited to help steward its psychological depth. Compensation & Commitment We are in our early growth stage, and this role is not high-paying initially . However: Compensation will grow as the ecosystem expands. You may be offered a core team / leadership position , with potential equity, co-founder status, or shared IP ownership in the education model. You’ll have the freedom to shape your hours, depth of involvement, and offerings . You will be working not for a salary, but for a legacy .
