Job Description

You will be responsible for providing individual and group counselling to students, staff, and faculty. Your duties will include case management such as developing treatment plans and documenting client progress. You will also be required to prepare monthly reports, conduct crisis interventions during critical incidences, and organize awareness sessions and psychoeducational workshops. Additionally, you will lead faculty development programs, mentor the wellness club, teach Universal Human Values & Ethics Paper, and participate in outreach programs. You will also be involved in conducting interviews for faculty and staff selection and providing after-hours crisis support as needed. Qualifications: - A full-time master's degree in psychology, counselling psychology, applied psychology, clinical psychology, or educational psychology is required.,
