Who You Might Be

• A licensed or trained 

  psychologist, counselor, therapist

  , or psychotherapist with 4–10 years of experience.
• Skilled in working with young adults,

  children, adolescents

  , or 

  families

  .
• Comfortable with or open to 

  non-duality, spiritual frameworks

  , or Eastern psychological traditions.
• A visionary who sees through systems—and wants to build something beyond therapy rooms and clinic walls.
• Willing to 

  co-create a conscious educational model

   that touches children across India and, eventually, the world.
• Someone who 

  listens deeply

  , isn’t easily shaken, and is more 

  human than professional

  —someone real, warm, and deeply awake to life.

Your Role May Include

Your contributions may include:

• Co-designing new-age spiritual and emotional spaces

   that support growth, transformation, and belonging—across generations and cultures.

• Helping craft frameworks for emotionally safe environments

  —where seekers, facilitators, and communities can meet in authenticity, not performance.

• Hosting or co-facilitating immersive retreats, circles, or trainings

  —focused on deep healing, self-inquiry, and real connection.

• Supporting the development of psycho-spiritual training models

  —for facilitators, educators, or professionals who guide others.

• Providing insight into trauma, behavior, and healing

  —especially in spiritually curious or culturally diverse communities.

• Offering 1:1 mentorship, guidance, or therapeutic presence

  —if that resonates with your practice and path.
