We are now looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our brand and campaign strategy across channels.

Role Overview

As the Marketing Manager, you will drive the brand’s marketing vision, create and execute multi-channel campaigns, manage agency relationships, and ensure a consistent, elevated brand presence both online and offline. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative insight, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement 360° marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and seasonal business objectives.
• Lead campaigns across digital, print, in-store, influencer, and experiential marketing.
• Oversee all content and creative development in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
• Manage social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools, and optimize based on insights.
• Collaborate with showroom teams to plan promotions, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Handle the marketing budget efficiently and deliver ROI-positive results.
• Stay ahead of trends in the jewellery, retail, and luxury lifestyle industries.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of marketing experience (retail/luxury/jewellery segment preferred).
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, content strategy, and campaign management.
• Proven experience in managing digital and influencer campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
