B) Agency management:-

1. Oversee the advertising agency by maintaining daily communication with the Clans servicing team to ensure smooth efficient and high quality creatives.
2. Manage the digital marketing agency through regular calls with client servicing teams to get low CPL to ensure the daily delivery of quality leads.
3. Manage walk through and elevation render agency resolving their queries and ensuring timely delivery.
4. Coordinate with the AV production agency maintaining continuous communication to provide accurate information constructive feedback and ensure prompt visuals.
5. Handle the scale model project by briefing the team sharing plans and selection and the monitoring education for timely completion.
6. Coordinate with the GECI team for sales office planning layout office design and selection conduct Site visits to monitor progress and ensure timely project completion. Co-ordinate and manage site and office branding agencies by providing detailed specifications to vendors, arrange site visits and follow up to ensure proper execution.
7. Plan events with the event agency conducting site research planning event flow and assisting seamless execution.

C) Vendor management:-

1. Identify and select marketing Windows based on specific project needs and performance criteria
2. maintain strong long term relationships with vendors.
3. Negotiate competitive rates, payment terms and clear deliverables.
4. Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy.
5. Generate PO for work and ensure all details are accurately documented.
6. Coordinate closely with vendors to ensure timely execution.
7. Check vendor work to ensure that it meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
8. Give feedback to vendors addressing issues and encouraging better service.
9. Ensure timely payments and request tax invoices from vendors

D) Site management:-

1. Manage travel payments
