We are seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage PPC campaigns, social media marketing, and real estate lead generation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and creative lead-generation tactics to drive high-intent traffic and sales pipelines.
1.Paid Advertising (PPC):
Design, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for real estate audiences.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to reduce CPA and boost conversions.
Manage budgets and bid strategies to maximize ROI for property campaigns.
2.Social Media Marketing:
Develop and execute organic + paid strategies for Vibes Estates brand (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Create compelling content (property videos, client testimonials, market trends) to engage buyers/sellers.
Leverage retargeting and lookalike audiences to nurture leads.
3.Lead Generation & CRM:
Build high-converting landing pages, lead magnets (e-books, webinars), and WhatsApp automation for instant engagement.
Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) to track leads and collaborate with sales teams.
Experiment with emerging channels (Google Maps SEO, Quora Ads, Telegram communities) for niche lead generation.
4.Analytics & Growth:
Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, lead-to-client ratio) via Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Call Tracking.
Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
