Sourcing Manager

Objective of this Role:

To drive revenue growth by strategically sourcing and managing potential clients for residential and commercial properties. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying and engaging qualified leads, building strong relationships, and ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities to support sales targets. This role requires market research, lead generation, and collaboration with the sales team to facilitate successful deal closures and enhance customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Connect with New Channel Partners: Identify and establish relationships with new channel partners.
• Collaborate with channel partners to explore new sales opportunities and expand the network.
• Lead Generation: Utilize various channels including online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals to generate leads.
• Prospecting: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets.
• Utilize prospecting techniques to engage with potential clients and qualify leads effectively.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and personalized interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
