Role Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our showroom team. In this front-line role, you will be the face of the brand—guiding clients through a memorable in-store experience, helping them find the perfect pieces, and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Showcase jewellery collections and explain product details with confidence.
• Understand customer preferences and suggest appropriate designs or styles.
• Handle billing, exchanges, and returns with care and accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the display counters.
• Follow up with clients to nurture loyalty and repeat business.
• Meet individual and store sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2-4 years of retail or luxury sales experience (jewellery industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, presentation, and grooming.
• Patience and empathy in handling customer needs.
• Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems is a plus.
• Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of local languages is a bonus.
