Job Description

Customer Engagement:Greet and assist customers, assess their needs, and provide personalized recommendations on jewelry products.
Sales & Target Achievement:Achieve individual and store sales targets by effectively promoting products and closing sales transactions.
Product Knowledge:Maintain a deep and accurate understanding of jewelry products, gemstones, metals, and current trends to provide expert advice.
Store Presentation:Ensure the showroom is well-presented and displays are attractive and up-to-date, managing security and handling of valuable items.
Inventory Management:Assist with stock checks, inventory counts, and ensuring proper display and handling of jewelry items.
Transaction Processing:Accurately process sales transactions using the POS system and maintain accurate sales records.
Customer Relationship Management:Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, build long-term relationships, and encourage repeat and referral business.
Customer Service:Professionally handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
