Job Description

Mold Maintenance and Repair: Regular Maintenance: Performing routine inspections, cleaning, and polishing of molds to ensure they are in optimal working condition. Repairs: Fixing damaged mold components using various tool room machinery, including lathes, mills, grinders, and EDM machines. Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to mold performance, such as poor part quality or cycle time problems. Mold Development and Design: Mold Design: Designing and developing new injection molds, potentially using CAD software, to meet specific product requirements. Collaboration: Working with product designers, engineers, and manufacturing personnel to ensure mold designs are functional and efficient. Documentation: Creating and maintaining detailed mold design documentation, including 2D drawings and 3D models.
