AMAN JEWELLERY PVT LTD in Chandni Chowk is hiring a customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. This role requires a positive attitude and responsibilities such as stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹35000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with product inquiries and purchases.
• Provide accurate information on pricing, features and other components.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products and inform customers about discounts and offers.
• Ensure shelves/racks are stocked and manage merchandise returns.
• Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.
• Stay updated on new products and services.
• Maintain your stocks and count it on daily basis.
• Take proper follow ups for future opportunities.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with Minimum 12th Pass and 2 - 5 years of experience in Jewellery retail sales and a strong understanding of sales processes and consumer behavior can apply for this role. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, excellent communication and selling skills. Preferred candidates from the Brands like Tanishq , Malabar , Kalyan etc.
