You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and building relationships with customers. Your main duties will include assisting customers in finding the right product for their needs, offering product knowledge and advice, and ensuring that the store looks attractive, is well maintained, and fully stocked. It will be your goal to achieve sales targets and to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a retail or customer service role and possess knowledge of jewelry products and trends. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service is a must. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
