Marketing Manager

As a member of the Retail brand team, your primary role will involve enhancing loyalty among brand customers and achieving repeat revenue targets. This will include conceptualizing and overseeing brand-wide initiatives such as store launches, product launches, and customer engagement activities. Additionally, you will provide Below The Line (BTL) support for specific regions, channels, or stores. Your responsibilities will include reviewing the loyalty program structure regularly to ensure its efficiency. Collaborating with internal teams such as retail operations, marketing, visual merchandising, e-commerce, and merchandising is crucial to ensure effective BTL and CRM communication aligned with the brand's requirements. You will design and implement campaigns matching the marketing calendar and specific channel needs to drive repeat revenue targets and maintain brand engagement. Managing customer relationships and experiences across various touchpoints like stores, the website, and customer care services will be a key aspect of your job. Creating customer satisfaction at these touchpoints and ensuring smooth call center operations to manage customer interactions through different channels such as calls, emails, phones, and messaging apps will be essential.
