Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Offline Marketing

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SMO, email campaigns, paid ads, and social media.
  • Design and manage company events, webinars, product launches, and seminars.
  • Oversee website optimization (on-page & off-page SEO), blog posting, and digital lead generation through mass mailing tools like Mailchimp and Sales Catalyst.
  • Manage ORM by monitoring and responding to reviews across all platforms.

Design & Communication

  • Create marketing collateral such as brochures, mailers, invites, presentations, and infographics.
  • Develop and maintain content strategy for social media and online branding.

Lead Generation & CRM

  • Generate quality leads through digital marketing, events, and database enrichment.
  • Implement, manage, and train team members on CRM tools for better customer lifecycle management.

Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of inside sales and database executives.
  • Collaborate with sales and HR departments to support training and marketing activities.

MDF & Claims Management

  • Handle Market Development Funds (MDF) from OEMs including fund requests and claims submission.
  • Coordinate with OEMs and internal stakeholders for campaign alignment and ROI tracking.

Other Key Areas

  • Oversee LMS platform management for internal learning and development.
  • Provide admin support to senior leadership for scheduling and communication.
  • Conduct regular competitor and keyword analysis using tools like SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Google Analytics, and Search Console.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Marketing. B.Tech in CSE preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, including team leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SMO, Paid Ads, Email Marketing, Google Analytics, CRM, and mass mailing tools.
  • Strong creative skills using CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, HTML, and Dreamweaver.
  • Prior experience working with engineering or software products is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Preferred Certifications / Skills

  • Certified in Ethical Hacking, Core JAVA, and SOLIDWORKS Marketing Tools.
  • Trained in C++, HTML, and CorelDRAW.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM implementation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' experience in marketing
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
