Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Develop and lead marketing strategy across digital, print, in-store, and event channels. Manage campaign planning, budgeting, and execution in alignment with sales goals. Coordinate with showroom teams to drive local promotions and customer engagement activities. Lead digital marketing efforts – SEO, social media, WhatsApp, email, Google Ads. Build and manage partnerships with influencers, wedding planners, media, and event agencies. Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to refine strategies. Generate and monitor leads, track conversion metrics, and report ROI of marketing activities. Oversee brand consistency across all marketing material and communication. Lead and mentor the marketing team and external agencies. Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 4+ years of experience in retail, jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle marketing. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Proven success in lead generation and performance-driven campaigns. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM, Excel, and analytics dashboards. Willing to travel for field marketing, events, and showroom coordination.
