Marketing Lead

Job Objective

A dynamic individual who single-handedly manages the complete marketing function of the business unit from strategic brainstorming, conceptualising and creative design to developing and executing region-specific business strategies.

Primary responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing Leadership

Define, develop, and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the companys vision and growth objectives. Translate business goals into integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue. Build regionalised marketing strategies tailored to cultural, business, and market dynamics.

2. Creative & Brand Management

Oversee all creative marketing design, content, and branding initiatives ensuring consistent visual and messaging standards. Brainstorm, conceptualise, and execute marketing ideas that stand out across digital and physical touch-points. Champion the companys brand identity and storytelling across platforms.

3. Digital & Demand Generation

Manage all digital channels website, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising. Plan and execute campaigns to generate qualified leads and nurture them through the sales funnel. Evaluate performance metrics and continuously improve ROI.

4. Regional & Global Strategy Execution

Drive local market understanding and tailor strategies for India, Asia, Europe, and North America. Collaborate with regional sales and product teams to support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. Plan participation in key trade shows, conferences, and customer events.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on positioning, launches, and customer engagement. Partner with HR and Corporate Communications for internal branding and employee engagement initiatives.

6. Analytics & Insights

Establish metrics and dashboards for campaign performance, customer engagement, and brand visibility. Provide strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
