• Content Creation Support:

  Assist in developing and organizing SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, lead magnet outlines (eBooks, checklists), case study research, and website copy. You'll learn to tailor content to address the pain points of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and specific industry needs in the UAE and India for both Tapfolio and OdooEdge.

• SEO Fundamentals:

  Gain practical experience in keyword research, support on-page optimization efforts, and assist with basic technical SEO tasks. You'll also learn about local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimization, to improve organic search visibility for both brands.

• Paid Advertising Assistance (PPC):

  Support the team in setting up and monitoring Google Search Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns. You'll learn about targeting B2B audiences and keywords in the UAE and India, focusing on lead generation and brand awareness for both Tapfolio and OdooEdge, and contribute to writing engaging ad copy.

• Social Media Engagement (Primarily LinkedIn):

  Help manage and schedule content for our LinkedIn presence for both Tapfolio and OdooEdge. You'll learn to share thought leadership articles, industry insights, and company updates, and assist in community engagement to build our brand online.

• Email Marketing Support:

  Assist in organizing and managing automated email nurturing sequences for leads, help with newsletter distribution, and learn about personalized communication strategies for prospects. This will involve understanding CRM platform integration for lead management across both brands.

• Website Content & Basic Optimization:

  Support website content updates for Tapfolio and OdooEdge, learn about ensuring mobile-friendliness and fast loading speeds, and assist with implementing basic conversion rate optimization (CRO) suggestions based on analytics. You'll also help manage website calls-to-action.

• Chatbot Familiarity (Tapfolio Specific):

  Get exposure to the configuration and management of Tapfolio's own website chatbot, understanding its role in proactive engagement, lead qualification, and customer support.

• Analytics & Reporting Basics:

  Learn to track and interpret digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics. You'll assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) across different marketing funnel stages (e.g., website traffic, lead magnet downloads, conversion rates) and contribute to performance reports for both brands.

• Digital Marketing Tools Exposure:

  Gain hands-on experience with various digital marketing tools, including CRM platforms (like HubSpot or Odoo's native CRM), Email Marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot), and SEO tools (SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner).

• AI in Marketing:

  Actively explore and learn how to integrate AI tools into marketing workflows for tasks like content idea generation, ad copy suggestions, or audience insights.

• Market Insights:

  Contribute to understanding buyer personas and learning about the specific nuances, digital adoption trends, and business challenges faced by SMEs in the UAE and India.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to learn how to craft compelling content.
• A strong interest in using and leveraging AI-powered tools for marketing tasks.
• A keen interest in digital marketing, particularly in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Basic understanding or eagerness to learn about core digital marketing channels: SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing (especially LinkedIn), and Email Marketing.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A proactive approach to learning about web analytics.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to continuous learning.
