As the Marketing Head for a software firm in Calicut, your role will involve creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase sales and enhance customer engagement. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing (SEO, social media), content marketing, and email marketing. - Overseeing the development of high-quality content such as blogs, case studies, and videos to educate and engage the audience. - Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager to achieve shared goals and provide product/solution training to the sales team. - Conducting market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. - Utilizing analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts. - Building and managing customer communities, leveraging feedback to enhance product offerings and improve customer satisfaction. - Refining brand messaging and positioning to strengthen market presence and align with customer expectations. - Organizing and managing industry events, webinars, and trade shows to promote products and connect with customers and prospects. - Working closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on goals. - Gathering customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3+ years of experience working as a Marketing lead for a software firm. - Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills. - Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity. - Solid knowledge of content creation, partner marketing, and leveraging social, digital, comms, AR, and PR within omni-channel campaign development. - Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools. - Ability to work well in a results-oriented environment with firm deadlines. - Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively while being results-driven and patient. - Able to work both independently and as part of a team. - Ability to think outside the box and generate and implement new ideas.
