Marketing Head

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

• Plan and execute lead generation activities through digital and offline channels.
• Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and drive continuous optimization.

2.Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
• Identify target markets and customer segments, and position the brand effectively.
• Manage annual marketing budgets and monitor ROI for all campaigns.

3. Brand Management

• Strengthen and maintain brand identity across all channels (digital, print, trade, and PR).
• Oversee content creation, design, and communication for brochures, packaging, and digital platforms.
• Ensure consistent and compelling storytelling in all brand touchpoints.

4. Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct competitor analysis, market trend studies, and customer insights to support decision-making.
• Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and product positioning strategies.

5. Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the marketing team for effective campaign execution.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Production teams to ensure alignment.

6. Events & Partnerships

Plan and coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.

Build relationships with agencies, distributors, and media partners.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in marketing within the food processing, agro, or spice export industry.
• Experience in export marketing, trade events, and global business development preferred.
• Excellent leadership, creativity, and analytical thinking skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution ability.
• Strong background in consumer insights and brand positioning.
• Understanding of global markets, product certifications, and import/export regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
