Head of Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and patient acquisition.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team of professionals across various functions (digital, offline, PR, and corporate communication).
• Oversee marketing budgets, campaigns, and ROI analysis to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare partners, referring doctors, and corporate clients.
• Drive hospital branding initiatives, community outreach programs, and CSR activities.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure consistent and high-quality communication across all marketing channels.
• Implement innovative digital marketing strategies including social media, SEO, and patient engagement campaigns.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing (MBA / BBA preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 10 years in team leadership roles managing large teams.
• Proven experience in the

  healthcare or hospital industry

  is essential.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies and deliver measurable outcomes.
