Department: Sales & MarketingRole Type: Full Time, PermanentWork Mode: Field / On-ground (Extensive Travel)Job Location: Andhra Pradesh & Telangana Company Profile:Harika Food and Beverages Private Limited is a packaged drinking water manufacturer with modern automated facilities and multiple product variants. The company is expanding its dealer network and institutional sales across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Job Summary:We are hiring an experienced Marketing Head (MBA - Marketing) with strong exposure to packaged drinking water sales. The role involves expanding the dealer/distributor network, driving wholesale and retail sales, and developing institutional business across AP & Telangana. Key Responsibilities:* Identify, appoint and manage dealers/distributors across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana*Drive sales through wholesale and retail channels and achieve monthly targets* Develop institutional business with hotels, corporates, hospitals, schools, supermarkets, restaurants, resorts, events, and other segments* Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key accounts*Plan and execute market expansion strategies including territory mapping, competitor analysis, pricing, and promotions* Lead and monitor field sales team performance*Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order fulfillment*Support branding and trade marketing activities including schemes, incentives, and market promotions Required Candidate Profile:Education: MBA / PGDM - Marketing (Mandatory)Experience: 5-7 years in Packaged Drinking Water / FMCG Beverage Sales (Preferred) Key Skills: Dealer & Distributor Network Development¢ Institutional Sales & Key Account Management¢ Channel Sales Wholesale & Retail¢ Market Expansion & Territory Development¢ Negotiation & Relationship Management¢ Strong local market contacts in packaged drinking water¢ Excellent communication and persuasive skills¢ Willingness to travel extensively Preferred:¢ Existing contacts with packaged drinking water dealers and institutional buyers¢ Experience handling state or regional sales Salary:Best in industry; commensurate with experience plus performance-based incentives.
