Ensure timely and accurate billing , invoicing, and payment collection. Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and claim submission processes. Handle insurance pre-authorization , claim approvals, and denial management. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, NABH, Medicare/Medicaid, etc.). Train, guide, and evaluate the performance of the billing and front office staff . Conduct periodic internal audits and resolve billing discrepancies. Patient Care Provide direct bedside nursing care to critically ill patients. Monitor vital signs, oxygen saturation, ventilator settings, and patient responses. Administer medications, IV fluids, and injections as per doctors orders. Manage critical equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, monitors, CPAP, BiPAP, etc. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of nursing notes and observations.
