TechBrein, a trusted provider of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity, and managed IT services, is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Lead in Bangalore. As a growing company, we are looking for a tech-savvy sales professional experienced in B2B IT sales to expand our client base and drive sales in the region. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud technologies and the ability to engage decision-makers in startups and enterprises. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge solutions and establish enduring client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Drive B2B sales of cloud solutions, DevOps services, managed IT services, and cybersecurity offerings. - Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through direct outreach, inbound leads, and partner collaboration. - Understand client needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions. - Engage with CTOs, IT managers, and business leaders to facilitate consultative sales. - Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical teams to develop proposals, PoCs, and demos. - Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and regional events. - Provide regular updates and forecasts on sales activities and performance. Required Skills: - 2+ years of experience in B2B sales of IT products or services. - Experience working with startups and enterprise clients. - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, managed services, and cybersecurity. - Ability to articulate technical solutions in a business context. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing the full sales cycle. - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. - Preferred: AWS Cloud Practitioner or similar certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Digital Leader).
