Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Marketing Executive with proven experience in the metals, minerals, or steel industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in international markets, particularly North America and other global regions, along with expertise in SAP (ERP systems). This role requires building new business opportunities, strengthening global client relationships, and executing marketing strategies aligned with our industrial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies for ferro alloys, metals, and minerals to achieve global business objectives.
Conduct market research to analyze potential customers, competitor activities, pricing, and market trends (domestic & international).
Identify, engage, and expand business opportunities in North America and other global markets.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with international clients, distributors, and trading partners.
Prepare and present commercial & technical proposals in coordination with production and finance teams.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and global networking events to expand market presence.
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure smooth international shipments, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and track performance of marketing strategies, sales growth, and client acquisition.
Manage export documentation, compliance, and international trade regulations.
Generate MIS and periodic reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and customer engagement.
Work extensively on SAP (ERP – SAP B1) for sales tracking, client records, and reporting.

Key Requirements
MBA in Marketing (or equivalent postgraduate qualification) from a reputed institution.
Technical understanding of Ferro Chrome, Ferro Alloys, Steel Grades, and related industries.
2–7 years of proven experience in international marketing within the metals, minerals, or steel/ferro alloys industry.
Strong exposure to North American markets and other international regions.
Hands-on experience with SAP (ERP – SAP B1 mandatory).
Knowledge of export regulations, trade compliance, and international business practices.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze global market data, pricing strategies, and provide insights to management.
High level of discipline, organization, and Creating to SOPs and compliance standards.
Multilingual proficiency will be an added advantage.
