About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Marketing Executive Interns who want to build a strong foundation in the marketing industry. This internship is ideal for MBA, BBA, and marketing graduates who want hands-on exposure to real-world marketing activities and strategic brand building.

You won’t be limited to just “support tasks”—you’ll actively contribute to high-impact marketing projects, learn modern marketing tools, and gain practical experience that will shape your long-term career.

What You Will Learn & Do

During this internship, you’ll get exposure to the full spectrum of marketing functions:

Campaign Management

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media.
• Support the team in aligning campaign goals, timelines, and performance metrics.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Translate research insights into actionable recommendations.

Content Creation

• Help create engaging content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with designers and writers to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.

Promotional Activities & Events

• Coordinate marketing events, brand activations, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and on-ground support.

Social Media Management

• Oversee day-to-day social media activities across major platforms.
• Brainstorm content ideas, monitor engagement, and analyze performance to suggest improvements.

Performance Monitoring

• Track campaign results, prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports, and present insights to the management team.
• Study KPIs such as CTR, engagement rate, conversions, and ROI.

Vendor & Agency Coordination

• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, influencers, and media partners.
• Ensure project timelines and quality deliverables are met.

Branding Support

• Assist in building and maintaining brand identity through consistent design, messaging, and communication.
• Support in developing brand strategy documents.

Email & Newsletter Marketing

• Contribute to email campaign creation, distribution, and performance tracking.
• Work with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Budget & ROI Management

• Help monitor marketing budgets, control expenses, and optimize spending for maximum effectiveness.
• Support finance alignment and resource planning.
