Human Resource Intern

As an HR Recruiter Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process—from sourcing candidates to assisting with onboarding. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across multiple roles
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain and update our Tracking System
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting on job portals
• Help build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
• Support onboarding activities and documentation
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organised
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
