Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Executive to support our marketing initiatives through lead generation efforts, seamless coordination across internal and external teams, and collaboration with design teams to execute marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead Generation Support

Campaign Coordination

● Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with sales, product, and content teams to gather inputs and align campaign goals.

● External Vendor Coordination: Liaise with agencies, freelancers, and external marketing partners to track deliverables, timelines, and assets.

● Design Collaboration: Work in sync with graphic designers to ensure timely delivery of visual assets for social media, emailers, website, etc.

● Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis, track industry trends, and support the team with relevant insights.

● Content Support: Assist in proofreading, compiling briefs, and helping manage social or campaign calendars.

● Reporting: Help prepare basic reports on lead performance, campaign execution status, and team deliverables.

Requirements

● 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role.

● Deep understanding of B2B or digital marketing concepts.

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

● Comfort with using tools like Excel/Sheets, Google Workspace, and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp).

● Comfort using marketing tools for SEO, paid media and others.
