Job Title: Field Marketing Executive – Marble & Natural Stone

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to promote our range of marble and natural stone products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, generating leads, building relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and dealers, and supporting on-ground marketing activities to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and dealers to promote marble and stone products.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, including exhibitions, product displays, dealer meets, and sampling programs.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Maintain and update a database of key clients and influencers in the region.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for branding materials, brochures, samples, and promotional tools.
• Ensure proper product presentation and branding at dealer outlets and retail touchpoints.
• Assist in organizing architect seminars, trade shows, and site visits.
• Submit timely reports on visits, leads, and market feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Any can apply. 10th,12th,Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• fresher–5 years of experience in field marketing or B2B sales, preferably in building materials, marble, tiles, or construction industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of local market and customer segments (architects, builders, contractors).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
