Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on marketer who can manage campaigns, ensure brand consistency, and bring fresh ideas to enhance our presence across digital and offline platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our design, business development, and leadership teams to amplify Serein Spaces’ brand voice and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign & Vendor Coordination: Plan, execute, and coordinate marketing campaigns with agencies, vendors, and internal departments.
• Timeline Management: Create and manage project timelines ensuring all marketing initiatives are delivered on schedule.
• Market Research & Content Development: Conduct market analysis, identify trends and competitors, and support the creation of impactful marketing content for social media, newsletters, and presentations.
• Data Analysis: Track, interpret, and report performance metrics across marketing activities to support data-driven decision-making.
• Event Management: Plan and manage corporate events, trade shows, and design exhibitions aligned with brand promotion.
• Brand Management: Maintain brand integrity across all marketing materials and communication channels; support visual storytelling through innovative campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing or communications (experience in design, architecture, or real estate industry is a plus).
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Awareness of social media trends and digital marketing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
