As a Discipline/Marketing Coordinator at NVN Primary, your role involves maintaining a disciplined environment for learning and coordinating marketing efforts to boost the school's visibility and attract new students. Your effective communication, strong organizational skills, and ability to balance disciplinary procedures with promotional activities will be crucial for success. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Discipline Management:** - Implement and enforce the school's discipline policy consistently across all grades. - Address behavioral issues promptly and fairly, collaborating with teachers, students, and parents to resolve conflicts. - Conduct training sessions for teachers on classroom management and discipline techniques. - Monitor and report on discipline issues to school administration, providing insights for improvement. - **Marketing and Promotion:** - Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract prospective students and parents. - Coordinate the creation and distribution of promotional materials like brochures, flyers, and newsletters. - Manage the school's presence on social media platforms with engaging content. - Organize events like open houses, school tours, and community participation to increase school visibility. - **Parent Engagement:** - Act as a point of contact for parents regarding disciplinary matters and marketing events. - Foster communication between parents and the school for informed involvement in their children's education. - **Event Management:** - Plan and oversee school events promoting discipline and supporting marketing efforts. - Collaborate with staff and external partners for successful event execution. - **Reporting and Analysis:** - Prepare reports on disciplinary actions and marketing outcomes. - Analyze marketing strategies" effectiveness and adjust plans to meet enrollment targets. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in school administration focusing on student discipline and/or marketing. - Strong understanding of child behavior and effective disciplinary approaches. - Experience in developing marketing materials and managing social media. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. **Skills:** - Leadership and team management - Problem-solving and conflict resolution - Creative marketing and promotional skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools In this role, you report directly to the Head Mistress of NVN Primary.
