Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Marketing Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team. This role will focus on providing back-office support, assisting in marketing campaigns, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day marketing operations.
Key Skills and Requirements:
1. Marketing Experience:
o Minimum of 1-3 years in a marketing or back-office support role.
o Experience in the chemical, pigment, or ink industry is a plus.
2. Educational Background:
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
3. Industry Knowledge:
o Basic understanding of marketing principles and the chemical or pigment industry.
o Familiarity with market research, trends, and client requirements.
4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Ability to assist in creating compelling content for marketing campaigns and client communications.
o Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with the sales and marketing teams.
5. Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools.
o Experience with CRM software or marketing automation tools is a plus.
o Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Campaign Support:
o Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
o Help create marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and product presentations.
o Coordinate with the design team for content creation.
2. Client Communications and Relationship Management:
o Assist in managing customer queries and providing relevant information.
o Support sales teams in customer follow-up and ensuring satisfaction.
o Maintain and update client contact databases.
3. Market Research and Data Analysis:
o Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential customer segments.
o Compile reports on marketing activities and provide insights to the team.
4. Event Coordination and Support:
o Assist in organizing marketing events, trade shows, and client meetings.
o Ensure all logistics for events are managed efficiently.
5. Content Management and Social Media:
o Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
o Assist in content creation for digital and print platforms.
6. Administrative Support:
o Maintain accurate records of marketing materials, campaigns, and client communications.
o Help manage and organize marketing budgets and documentation.
