Job Description

● Handle and process customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders. ● Coordinate with the sales team and clients to ensure timely order execution. ● Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation (invoices, dispatch details, etc.). ● Update and maintain CRM / sales tracking sheets regularly. ● Follow up with clients for payments, pending documents, and order confirmations. ● Coordinate with production, accounts, and logistics teams for order status. ● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. ● Support management in data analysis, sales forecasting, and performance tracking. ● Maintain customer database and ensure all contact details are updated. Handle telephonic and email communication in a professional manner.
