The Game Plan: Your Role as Marketing Coordinator & Design Support

Here's What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

Marketing Cadence & Coordination

• The Master Planner:

  Build, maintain, and own a precise, proactive 6-week rolling marketing calendar across all GamePark/PadelPark brands and key business verticals.

• Media Gatekeeper:

  Manage and coordinate all PR opportunities and the execution of Influencer deals, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

• Booking Platform Wizard:

  Manage all marketing, promotions, and listings executed on our court and facility booking platforms (e.g., in-app banners, promotional tiles) to drive facility usage.

Insights & Strategy Support

• Sales Alchemist:

  Consolidate insights and observations gathered directly from the sales team across all business units to inform, shape, and refine our overarching marketing strategy across platforms.

• Research Ace:

  Conduct and synthesize primary and secondary research into the Padel category and competitor activities, spotting new trends and opportunities for competitive advantage.

Design & Asset Management Support

• Design Facilitator:

  Support the creation of essential marketing materials, acting as the bridge between the internal teams, external designers, and the final deliverable.

• Asset Coordinator:

  Manage and organize the central library of all marketing and brand design assets, ensuring easy access and brand compliance for all teams.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Experience & Tenure:

  You have

  5–7 years of proven experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or a similar operations-focused marketing role.

• The Organizer:

  You are hyper-organized, process-driven, and excel at managing complex calendars and multiple deadlines simultaneously.

• The Insight Hunter:

  You have a natural curiosity and an ability to translate raw sales feedback and research data into actionable marketing insights.

• The Communicator:

  Your communication skills are on point. You can coordinate seamlessly between internal teams (Sales, Operations) and external partners (PR, Influencers).

• The Detailer:

  You have an unwavering eye for detail, ensuring flawless execution on booking platforms and consistent representation across all brands.

• The Passion:

  A passion or curiosity for Padel, sports, or the lifestyle industry is a significant plus!
