Job Description

The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Coordination:

    Support the end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
  • Liaison Role:

    Serve as the communication bridge between clients, internal creative and servicing teams, talent managers, and vendors.
  • Paperwork & Legal:

    Handle documentation including contracts, NDAs, brand approvals, and campaign agreements in coordination with the legal and finance teams.
  • Database Management:

    Maintain and update internal databases for brands, influencers, celebrity associations, campaign trackers, and vendor lists.
  • Research & Insights:

    Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and campaign analysis to support business development and creative strategy.
  • Trend Monitoring:

    Track emerging trends across social media, entertainment, fashion, and brand marketing to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Presentation & Reporting:

    Prepare marketing decks, campaign presentations, and post-campaign reports in PowerPoint / Google Slides.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:

    Work closely with creative, PR, and production teams to ensure brand consistency and effective execution.
  • Administrative Support:

    Manage day-to-day coordination, follow-ups, and approvals across projects.
  • Research ,Develop and maintain databases
  • Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
  • Coordinate and liase with teams for projects , campaigns
  • followups for brand initiatives and respective social media , brand and marketing teams
  • Support for campaign execution


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 - 3 years' experience in marketing/brand management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of all social networking platforms
  • Must have prior agency experience
  • Based In Mumbai
