We’re Hiring | Project & Operations Manager – Politechnica.

Politechnica is a strategy and marketing firm operating at the intersection of politics, policy, marketing, real estate, education, and cultural initiatives.

We’re looking for a Project & Operations Manager who brings precision, accountability, and executional excellence to every campaign — from brand launches to cultural activations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate across branding, digital, production, and event projects

• Manage vendors, quotes, timelines, and budgets

• Track deliverables, invoices, and payments

• Oversee workflows, on-ground operations, and reporting dashboards

• Ensure creative standards and brand integrity in every output

Who You Are:

• 2–5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or brand execution

• Background in marketing, design, media, or events preferred

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Proficient with Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, etc.

• Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail

📍 Location: Navi Mumbai / Mumbai

🕓 Full-time | Mon–Sat

💰 ₹3.6–₹5.4 LPA (plus performance incentives)

✈️ Occasional travel for meetings, shoots, and event
